Our Next Meeting is Monday March 2, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Thank you for coming out to our last meeting. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.  I know I found the enthusiasm contagious.  Please, please let me know if there are any topics of discussion that you would like to touch on and I will add them to our tree of health.  I hope to keep subjects of interest changing each week unless anyone would like to look at things in more depth.  If you are focusing on a particular area and you would like to create conversation around that.  Let me know and I will keep an eye out for interesting articles on that topic.   I am really hoping that Monday March 2nd will works for all of you in three weeks.

Oh, I almost forgot.  If someone has an organic apple, I will gladly trade if for a small bottle of Epsom salts  : )
